Redefining Flower Power
Flower Shell takes aim at your garden using a twelve-gauge shotgun shell filled with flower seeds. The idea was originally developed by Per Cromwell at Studio Total, which is a small Scandinavian-based creative lab.
The idea is a novel one that subverts violence in a very poetic way. While many people may be averse to gun ownership, perhaps buying a shotgun that gives life, instead of taking it, may temper the idea that guns can only be used for violent means. It also appears to be a more efficient way to seed a garden, though the warning label suggests taking caution, as the ammo still holds gunpowder.
